Candice Michelle y Lita se encuentran ya en el cuadrilátero, y el árbitro procede a dar comienzo al combate con el campanazo. Ambas hacen unos últimos estiramientos antes de que empiece la acción y dan unos pasos por el cuadrilátero. Finalmente, se acercan la una a la otra para encararse pero es The Extreme Diva quién bloquea un puñetazo por parte de la dueña del Candywrapper y le responde a la morena con una tremenda bofetada en el lado derecho de su rostro, tras la cual se queda aturdida y la poseedora del Angel Championship aprovecha para agarrarla por la cabeza, hacer su taunt y le aplica su famoso Extreme Twist of Fate que deja a Candice K.O., pero en vez de hacer pinfall, la pelirroja se sube a la tercera cuerda más cercana, la gente prepara sus cámaras y The Queen of Extreme ejecuta su peligroso y a la vez hermoso Litasault para rematar la faena.
